Agreement and eligibility
Effective August 7, 2026. These Terms govern use of amerfree.com, student accounts, registration, scheduling, and services offered by American Freedom Driving School. By using the service or submitting a registration, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
You must provide accurate information and have legal authority to enter this agreement. A parent or legal guardian must approve registration and service terms for a student under 18.
Lessons and scheduling
Package descriptions state the included service, price, and available payment choices. A selected lesson time remains subject to instructor availability, safety requirements, and confirmation. We may contact you to confirm or adjust operational details.
Instruction and completion certificates do not guarantee that a student will pass a DMV examination, receive a license, qualify for an insurance benefit, or achieve a particular result.
Payments and deposits
Online payments are processed by Stripe. If a package offers a deposit option, the amount shown at checkout is credited toward the package total and the displayed balance remains due as stated during registration. You authorize the charge submitted through checkout and are responsible for accurate billing information.
Prices and included services are those shown at the time of registration. Refunds and service cancellations are governed by the Refund Policy presented before checkout.
Student responsibilities and safety
Students must follow instructor directions, comply with applicable laws, bring required permits or documents, and disclose information reasonably relevant to safe instruction. An instructor may stop, postpone, or refuse a lesson when conditions are unsafe or required documentation is missing.
Contact the school as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cannot attend. Any specific cancellation or rescheduling condition will be disclosed before confirmation or agreed with the school; we do not impose an undisclosed fee through these Terms.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep account credentials confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its security, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, or use site content in violation of law.
Site text, graphics, branding, and software are owned by or licensed to American Freedom Driving School and may not be copied or exploited except as permitted by law.
Disclaimers and limits
The website is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties relating to the website, but nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived or liability for conduct that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by use of the website. These Terms are governed by California law. Before filing a formal claim, contact support@amerfree.com so we can try to resolve the issue.
